I work with children, adolescents, families, individuals, and couples, offering flexibility in my therapeutic approach. Whether through individual sessions, couples counseling, family therapy, or a combination of all three, we will collaborate to determine the best approach for your unique situation. Sessions are available both virtually and in person in Burlingame. I specialize in helping individuals and families with anxiety, social challenges, emotional regulation, and family communication.
