In addition to supporting young clients, I also offer therapy for individuals and couples, using a strength-based, integrative, and developmental approach tailored to each client's unique needs. Whether you are navigating personal struggles or relationship challenges, my approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with techniques from other therapeutic modalities to help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and achieve meaningful change.

Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy

I help couples navigate these challenges by fostering open communication, trust, and a deeper understanding of each other's needs. Using a tailored, integrative approach, we’ll explore the underlying dynamics in your relationship, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and work together to build a stronger, more supportive partnership..
